The Fish Queen, a site specific, time-based, performance and photo series
The Fish Queen series was created over one week in August of 2018 on an Island in Lake of the Woods, Ontario.
The series began by chance when we found a crown of wood in the bushes near the cabin. Over time the Fish Queen was born, and documented.
The series consists of digital photography, thread, mixed media, and natural materials found on the island.
